as the car is still apart. I want the most responsive twin turbo z I can build, within reason. I am not going for huge numbers or an amazing 1/4 mile time, but just a seriously fast street car I can drive when I want, and take on trips. The car is a toy for me, yet a serious deal ($ wise of course) in terms of the parts and time I have put into it. The intercooler ducting is something that my friend and I have made, and just did ourselves in the garage. I took expandable foam and made a block out of it, then shaped it to the shape for the ic duct, and then fiberglassed over the foam that I had covered with bondo. They are ok, and I will post photos when they are all painted, and installed. Honestly, I would either invest in a good rebuild (ie SGP) or a new Nissan short block, with redone heads. Look up SGP or Coz....good luck man. :much the same as I want to do. But I'm still struggling with the turbo decision. Also I probably won't be able to afford an SGP block but I might see what "freshening" I can get done at a local shop here. BTW who made your custom fibreglass air-guides for your intercoolers? Thanks.
